Digitz provides device testing software (the station app and companion apps), Digitz Cloud (records, portal, API) and public Digitz Certified records. You are responsible for the devices you test, the grades you assign and the products you sell. A Digitz test reports the state of a device at the time of the test.
Usage is metered per device test, per Mac test and per IMEI/ESN check at the rates shown on digitz.com or in your agreement. Invoices are issued monthly and itemized by serial number. Accounts more than 14 days past due may have labels and certificates paused; accounts more than 30 days past due may be suspended until paid. The first 500 devices are free for new accounts.
Do not use Digitz to test devices you do not have the right to process, to circumvent Activation Lock or carrier locks, or to alter a Digitz Certified record. Records are generated from the test and cannot be edited by the seller.
Digitz is provided as-is. Except for the Certified+ Guarantee where purchased and as described in its own terms, Digitz is not liable for the condition of any device or for losses arising from a device's later failure. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected test.
